If you would like the parcel delivered to a different address (maybe a work address) please enter this information into the shipping address field. If your address is difficult to locate please give extra instructions. Courier Delivery: If you are not in to accept delivery, the couriers will leave a card and will wait for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. The charge we make only covers 2 delivery attempts to the address entered on the order form. If the customer requests a different address after the parcel has been despatched there will be another delivery charge. If a third delivery is needed a further delivery charge will be made. The couriers do not keep parcels for an unlimited time and after 5 days if unclaimed the parcel will be returned. The courier company makes a charge for returning a parcel and this will be passed on to the customer. Archonline accepts no liability for any delays and offer no compensation if a delivery is delayed. Saturday Delivery: Saturday delivery can be arranged but there will be an extra cost, please contact us for details IF YOU ARE PAYING BY CHEQUE/BACS OR THROUGH PAY OFFLINE GOODS WILL BE SHIPPED WHEN THE PAYMENT CLEARS Returns To arrange a return please login to your account *Select the item you wish to return *Complete the RMA Unwanted Items: Goods may be returned to us within 14 days from the day of delivery. We do not offer refunds on underwear, swimwear, custom made prescription lenses, jewellery or sale items. However we may offer a replacement in certain circumstances. The customer pays for the cost of returning the goods. If your goods were sent to you by Free Delivery we will deduct the standard delivery fee of £3.29 from the refund due to you. Damaged or Missing Goods: Please notify us within 2 working days of receipt of your order about any damaged or missing goods. On receipt of the damaged goods, we will arrange a replacement, credit note or refund. Please check your items for damage on receipt as damaged goods will not be accepted for return after 28 days. Goods are refunded for their cost on receipt. Return Postage: It is your responsibility to cover charges to send items back to us. However there are some exceptions to this rule. We have listed who needs to cover the charges for each circumstance below: *Incorrect item ordered (customers fault) - customer to cover charges. *Incorrect item received (i.e ordered a large but received a medium) - we will refund returns charges up to the value stated below. *Faulty or damaged item received - we will cover charges up to 14 days up to the value stated below. After 14 days the customer will need to cover the charges. *Item not suitable - customer to cover charges. To receive a refund of your return costs where appropriate, a copy of your post office receipt must be mailed or emailed to us. We cannot refund charges without proof of costs. The maximum amount of postage we will refund are as follows: *UK orders. Items valued up to £60 - £2.50 *UK orders. Items valued £60 - £100 - £3.50 *UK orders. Items valued over £100 - £5.50 *Overseas orders. Items valued up to £60 - £4.50 *Overseas orders. Items valued over £60 - £7.50 The above charges are the maximum we will pay for one one return to ensure the most appropriate postage method has been used.
